ICIS Evaluation TermsIf ICIS provides an evaluation of ICIS products, your ICIS sales representative will provide you with details on the ICIS product(s) to which your evaluation relates (the “Evaluation Products”) and the term of the evaluation. Please note that, as this is an evaluation, ICIS is not liable for and does not indemnify for any losses arising from or in connection with use of the Evaluation Products, and ICIS may withdraw the Evaluation Products at any time without notice, liability or compensation. You agree that your organization and its affiliates will use the Evaluation Products (including data or information which form part of them) only within your organization and solely for the purpose of assessing the products in the context of your business requirements, and that your organization and all users and affiliates will delete the Evaluation Products and any information from them at the end of the evaluation term. This submission form and an email confirming trial access are together the Order Form for the purposes of the Terms.By accepting the ICIS Terms and completing this form, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to the terms of this evaluation with LNRS Data Services Inc (if your organization is based in the United States) or LNRS Data Services Limited (if your organization is based outside of the United States).
